Terms & Conditions

  • Business: SG community club, Blk 819 Jurong West Street 81, Singapore 640819.
  • All items are used and sold as described in each listing (model, condition grade, test notes, known issues).
  • Condition grading: A = like new; B = light wear; C = visible wear, fully functional.
  • Testing: each GPU is power-on and stress-tested; test notes are shown on the listing.
  • Prices are in SGD and include the GPU only unless stated (accessories/box noted per item).
  • Compatibility is buyer responsibility; we provide guidance based on PSU, case, and CPU info provided by the buyer.
  • Orders are confirmed only after stock confirmation and payment.
  • Payment methods: PayNow, credit card, Wise, or bank transfer.

Delivery Policy

  • Service area: Singapore (local delivery) and self-pickup by appointment.
  • Processing time: 1 business day after payment confirmation for in-stock items.
  • Delivery time: typically 1–3 business days within Singapore, depending on courier and location.
  • Delivery fees: quoted at checkout/confirmation based on location and courier method.
  • Handover/Shipment: items are packed securely; buyer is advised to record an unboxing video.
  • Title and risk pass to the buyer upon handover to courier or in-person pickup.

Refund & Cancellation

  • Refund window: within 7 days of delivery/pickup for DOA or functional failure under normal use.
  • Not eligible: cosmetic wear, change of mind, or incompatibility with buyer’s system.
  • For shipping claims, an unboxing video is required to assess damage on arrival.
  • If approved: refund or replacement (subject to stock) after the item is returned and inspected.
  • Order cancellation: allowed before payment or before shipment is booked. After shipment, refund policy applies.
