Testing & Warranty
How we test
- Visual inspection: ports, screws, heatsink, fans, oxidation.
- Power-on check: driver detection, VRAM capacity readout, PCIe link.
- Stress test: 10–20 minutes; record peak temperature & stability symptoms.
- Stability: benchmark + a real game/workload to catch artifacts/crashes.
- Final check before handoff/shipping (cleaning optional).
Warranty & deal terms
- 7-day functional guarantee: if it arrives DOA / non-functional under normal use (non-human damage), we will resolve with refund or replacement based on stock.
- Condition grading: A=like new; B=light wear; C=visible wear, fully functional.
- Pickup or shipping: pickup recommended; for shipping, record an unboxing video.
- Accessories: GPU only unless otherwise stated (box/receipt will be noted).
Used hardware naturally carries wear risk. Best practice: disclose test method/time/results and any known issues per unit.
